Lee has 16 years experience as a sales professional, marketer and business improvement consultant. As a Customer Champion he challenges clients to demonstrate that customers are truly central to their strategy. He is a visiting lecturer on Customer Management at Normandy Business School and has consulted with companies such as American Express, Lloyds TSB Insurance, AXA, KPMG and a number of Police Forces.
A successful rugby league and business coach, he has vast experience in working with individuals to build high performance teams. He is a motivational trainer, who challenges and inspires people to improve what they do. His personable style and broad commercial experience enables him to engage quickly with employees and generate real customer and operational insight.
He has an MBA from Manchester Business School, a member of the Charter Institute of Marketing and the Institute of Directors and is currently researching for his DBA in Mental Toughness.
